Dapanji - Flat Noodles With Chicken And Spicies review by Ronald
After an afternoon of hiking at Rock Mill Park and the Greenway, we had built up quite an appetite, and Lagman Express completely delivered with outstanding, hearty Uzbek fare. Our takeout order was actually ready a bit faster than we expected, and everything was meticulously packed. In fact, by the time we arrived home over an hour later, the food was still fresh and steaming-hot—we didn't even have to reheat it! I ordered the Dapanji, which featured perfectly spiced chicken and flat noodles. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, and you could easily tell the noodles were freshly homemade because they tasted so fresh. My friend had the Lagman Express, and the beef was phenomenally flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth tender. We also shared the amazing Samsas, which were packed with a savory, delicious filling, and the traditional naan. The naan was beautifully light and puffy—resembling a giant flaky pastry, but with a much softer, airier texture. Everything about our takeout experience was phenomenal. We had a fantastic meal and will absolutely be back again soon!

The flavor is just amazing. The flavor just melts in your mouth and puts you into a dream. The rice and meat are seasoned to perfectly. I can till how much thought went into just this one dish. You should 100% get it, this dish you will not regret.
